联邦快递操作要求：
一、交接清单要求
1、交货清单须备注相应的产品名称，运码、快件类型、重量、件数、目的地国家、付款方式等内容。
2、随货须提供一式三份的，上必须提供对应品名的HS海关商品编码，申报品名详细，建议：品名+材质+用途，按物品实际价值申报，以免产生关税及罚金。式等内容。
二、运单使用及要求：
客户交货可使用互联易打印标签或使用自有运单
1、运单上需提供详细的发件人资料、收件人资料、件数、重量、品名、HS海关商品编码、海关申报价值
2、运单上必须有收件人，收件人公司名或者收件人名
3、联邦不接受PO.BOX服务
4、不完整的，如：只有国家和城市名的情况下，除非在运单上选取HOLD at FedEx Location,让收件人自取，否则联邦不会收寄。
一般来讲FEDEX超大件的具体认定标准如下：
1、单件长：规格为（宽+高）*2+长大于或等于330CM,不足68.0KG/件的，须按68.0KG计；整票货中有一件按68KG计的，其余的则全部68KG/件收费。
2、单件单边长大于或等于274CM,不足68.0KG/件的，须按68.0KG计。整票货中有一件按68KG计的，其余的则全部68KG/件收费。
3、货件：长边不可超过30,单件实重超1000KG,需致电联邦查询是否有服务，如有超长或超重，可参考FEDEX超大件价格，无附加费。
此外，FEDEX超大件需要打卡版，卡板高度要有9公分。长超330CM,实重材积不足68KG按68KG计费，超过68KG按实际计费重量收费；多件货中有一件属于超大件，那么整票货按照超大件收费，其中未超的都按68KG计费。
FedEX快递注意事项及赔偿条例
1.易碎品请客户自行包装好，否则破碎后我司概不负责，货物运转中若发生丢失、破碎，赔偿以联邦赔偿为准，但不
超过USD100.0，无论其对发件人的商业效用或价值如何。
2.不承运的物品包括:液体, 粉末, 食品, 鲜货, , 腐蚀性物品, 易燃易爆等；严禁谎报、
夹带或冲货行为，造成海关对货物进行扣仓或没收等处罚而产生的货款、罚款、仓租、及连带损失，责任自负!
3.美国西岸以下列邮编为限：80000-8、

4.赔偿条例:丢件、破损的物品按申报价值，但不超过100美金，文件按RMB80/票，高于100美金的货物，客户需自行购买保险以便货物安全。
5.低申报、，以及信息不准确的货物会被承运代理自动退回且列入，因此所产生的后果及费用（含罚款）由托运人自行承担；
6、所有去到印度的非文件货物必须提供importer Export Code (IEC)跟进清关，寄给私人的礼物可以不用提供。
