物化性质 黄色结晶，溶于苯、甲苯，不溶于醚和醇，对空气中敏感，避光冷藏保存。四(三苯基膦)钯作为一种重要的过渡金属催化剂，可用于催化偶联、氧化、还原、消除、重排、异构化等多种反应。其催化效率很高，可以催化许多在同类催化剂作用下很难发生的反应。该试剂通过用肼还原PdCl2(Ph3P)2得到，或由Pd2(DBA)3与PPh3反应制备。四(三苯基膦)钯对光照和空气敏感，需要在惰性气体中避光保存。使用该试剂时，可以在空气中短时间操作，但好于真空设备中在氮气或氩气保护下操作。
