1500＋参展商齐聚，15场同期论坛活动、超3000余位食品****、营销专家和**人物以及来自全国各地及亚洲和欧洲各国专业经销商买家、企业家、美食爱好者等共计约152819人次参加了本届全食展。这是本次全食展交出的靓丽成绩单，也是更大规模、更加专业的一场食品行业开年盛会。据全食展组委会介绍，2023秋季全球高端食品展览会（全食展），将于9月12-14日，在上海虹桥·国家会展中心举行。同期举办，2023秋季中国糖果零食展览会、中国冰淇淋冷食展览会暨中国预制菜与餐饮食材展览会（中冰展）。预计规模，8万平米展出面积，1200家参展商，预计专业观众和经销商买家12万人次。这是自2014年以来，秋季全食展在宁波连续举办8届，连续两届满馆，成为有口皆碑的中国食品会展头部品牌之后，首次在中国经济之都“上海”举行，且规模更大、国际化程度更高，令人期待。
