西店记忆文创小镇位于朝阳区高碑店方家村甲18号，由北京梵瑞资产管理有限公司设计，项目一期于2016年底、2017年初投入使用。总建筑面积预计为十七万平方米，通过引入文化创意类产业来激活片区。园区内将率先呈现“自貌区”地块，开放的原始建筑形态让企业发挥无限的想象，打造出独具匠心的专属办公空间和环境。位于国家文化产业创新实验区，入住园区的文创类企业将会享受到政府的相关补贴政策。这里是文创、传媒、互联网、科技、影视、艺术类的企业聚集地。
Xidian Memory Cultural and Creative Town is located at 8 Fangjia Village, Gaobeidian, Chaoyang District. It was designed by Beijing Fanrui Asset Management Co., Ltd. The first phase of the project was put into use at the end of 2016 and early 2017. The total construction area is expected to be 170000 square meters, and the area will be activated by introducing cultural and creative industries. The park will take the lead in presenting a "self appearance area" plot, with an open and original architectural form that allows enterprises to unleash unlimited imagination and create a unique and exclusive office space and environment. Located in the National Cultural Industry Innovation Experimental Zone, cultural and creative enterprises residing in the park will enjoy relevant government subsidy policies.
